Beach style condo with open plan living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, a 6-seat dining table, a large L-shape sofa, a TV, and access to the furnished terrace.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, a built-in ensuite master bathroom with a shower.

The second bedroom has two boubel-size bed, a TV and a built-in closet.

The second bathroom with a shower is located in the corridor.

Central Air Conditioning in all areas, hot water. Washer/dryer facilities are all located in the unit and available for your extra comfort . This condo is located on the fourth floor with elevators. Sleeps max . (2+2)

At night this area comes to life as the various lively nightclubs, cafe, bars and restaurant give an upbeat entertainment experience. Palm Beach, also known as the high-rise area, is a tourism district about 4 miles northwest of Oranjestad, the capital of Aruba. Several exquisite beaches, like the Eagle Beach, Hadicurari Beach, Malmok Beach, Boca Catalina Beach and the Arashi Beach are just a few minutes’ drive away

You can use the bus service - and it is pretty good if you just want to go into the city for some shopping or just to walk around, but you'll miss out on some great exploring of the island if you don't rent a car.

There are several car rental companies in the Palm Beach area and they are quite reasonable. Let us know if you need to rent a car. Contact our representative or our concierge and they will assist you.

A. We can provide two beach chairs and one cooler, However we do not provide umbrellas.
