1. What is the power plug and socket type?

Same voltage and socket type as US and Canada (120v).

2. How far is it to the beach and the Airport from the condo?

700 meters to the beach (about 15 min walk to Palm Beach) and 9,7 km to the airport (about 20 min driving).

3. Do we need to rent a car during my stay?

Palm Beach is only 15 min walk from the condo, however, if you plan to explore the island then yes you definitely benefit from having a car.

4. Where could I rent a car?

Our guests generally use Royal Rent-a-Car and they have never reported any issues to us. They will also deliver to the resort directly.

5. Do you have an available cooler, beach chairs, and umbrellas?

We do have a few sets for guests, but they are subject to availability.

6. What is the Internet speed?

The basic download speed within the resort is between 15mbps-25mbps.

Many apartments have upgraded to a SUPERFAST Wi-Fi speed and we try to allocate those apartments to guests who are visiting Aruba specifically to work. Additionally, we have several mobile ‘Hot-Spot’ units that allow 5GB highspeed usage per day, but there is an extra charge for this, so please advise before your visit if you require one.

7. Do you provide baby cots?

Yes, on request, and for $10/night up to a maximum of $50 per stay.

8. Will you provide towels?

Yes, a white set to use in the flat and a yellow set to take to the beach or pool. Please note that towels will not be replaced. Please keep in mind this stay is an ‘Airbnb’ type stay and if you require additional cleaning, fresh bed linen, and clean towels during your stay there is an extra charge.

9. The unit has a washing machine and dryer?

Yes, all apartments have a washing machine and dryer for the exclusive use of the guest.

10. Are there any shops and restaurants around the resort?

There are many shops, restaurants, and bars along the road to the Hotel & Beach area.
